Dr. Adizes Meets With the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan

Dr. Adizes recently was invited to meet with Karim Massimov, the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, the ninth largest country in the world with a population of nearly 18 million.

Dr. Adizes Continues to Wow Audiences Around the World

Dr. Adizes was recently invited to deliver four lectures and Master Classes over a course of five days in Kazakhstan and Russia. Hundreds of elite leaders and high-ranking government officials attended the sessions, including the Governor of Moscow.

Overall, attendees were very receptive to the knowledge that Dr. Adizes was sharing. As he put it, “This Methodology isn’t only about business, it’s about life.”

A few weeks later, Dr. Adizes traveled to Monterrey, Mexico, where he presented the keynote session to 600 deans and heads of departments at one of the largest and most prestigious universities in Latin America, Tec de Monterrey. This University has a great influence on the direction Mexico will take in the future, and attendees were very positive and thankful to be given the opportunity to learn from Dr. Adizes.

Adizes SEE Celebrates Its 20 Year Anniversary


Adizes Southeast Europe (SEE) recently celebrated their 20th anniversary. The event was not only a celebration of their success, but also of the success of clients and friends. Dr. Adizes gave a speech to open the event, and a special tribute was paid to five people who supported Adizes SEE from the very beginning. After the official part of the program, guests enjoyed the local food, drink and music by well-known Serbian traditional singers and orchestras. Over 200 people from six different countries celebrated with Adizes SEE, half of them were CEOs or founders from a variety of industries.

As one participant put it – “Adizes SEE does not have clients, Adizes SEE has friends.”

Adizes Graduate School Delivers International Lecturer’s Training

In June, the Adizes Graduate School (USA) launched the Lecturer’s training “How to Lecture on Adizes Methodology” in Kaunas, Lithuania.

During the interactive training, participants gained valuable information on the topic “What does it mean to teach Adizes?” and had the opportunity to present a chosen topic from the Adizes Methodology themselves. Each presenter received comments and suggestions from their colleagues and the Adizes Associates present. Participants shared their knowledge, presented various examples to illustrate their presentations, and had productive discussions related to teaching Adizes.

The training, conducted by Dean of Adizes Graduate School (AGS) Dr. Virginijus Kundrotas and assisted by Adizes Associate Rolandas Juraitis, was attended by Professors and Trainers representing Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania and Montenegro.

According to the feedback of participants, the training was a great success and everybody enjoyed the atmosphere of Mutual Trust and Respect as well as the social activities.

What’s Happening at Adizes

Adizes Hosts Colloquia in Monterrey, MX
Adizes recently held a Colloquia in Monterrey, MX in which nearly 20 in-company change leaders attended. The event allowed attendees to sit for certification, learn what’s new with the Adizes Methodology, engage in interactive group discussions and integrate and with their peers. Participants were also surprised by an unexpected conference call with Dr. Adizes and Shoham Adizes, who personally answered many of the participant’s questions.

Adizes would like to congratulate in-company change leaders, Juan de Dios Rodriguez Mora of Frisa, and Guillermo Bortoni Elizondo of Ruhrpumpen, who were certified at the event.

“This is the first time I attended an Adizes Colloquia, and the event exceeded my expectations. I gained an understanding of how companies ‘live’ the Adizes Methodology, as well how other Integrators overcome problems that are similar to the ones I face when I integrate Synerteams in my company.”

Enneagrams and Adizes Seminar Taught at the Hebrew University
Mr. Yechezkel Madanes recently delivered an ‘Enneagrams and Adizes’ full day workshop at the Executive MBA program of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. The University chose the leadership seminar, based on the Enneagrams and Adizes book, From Stuckness to Growth: Executive Coaching, to open the semester. Look for other leading Universities to feature this workshop in the future.

Adizes Associate Greg Mathers Speaks at TEDx
Adizes Associate and Managing Director of Adizes Latvia, Greg Mathers, was recently invited to speak at a TEDx event in Riga, Latvia, on the topic of “The Secret of Success,” in which he discussed what success is built on and how to better maintain it. The feedback from many was that Greg’s session was the best of the day.

The goal of TEDxRiga 2014 was to “cultivate the best fruits of culture — as great ideas, just like plants, need to be sown, grown, protected and shared.”

The Adizes Graduate School is proud to be associated with IAM and its co-sponsored program between IAM and CGE on the topic of “Managing in the Era of Globalization and Transparency.” Renowned experts from around the world in business, academia, foundations, and the media gathered to discuss leading topics confronting today’s global managers. The goal of the event was to work together to create a better future for management in the era of the global enterprise.

The Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University recently celebrated its 100th anniversary.  As part of the celebration, the school recognized 100 graduates who epitomize the OSU and business school spirit.  Friend of Adizes, Jack Allen, was recognized as one of these exemplary graduates.  “It is a great honor to be recognized by OSU’s School of Business. With this recognition comes new opportunities to share my passion for education,” said Allen.
